Seeing shapes our development and for many, it would be the last sense they would give up.

But what if visual perception is severely impaired and this impairment cannot be corrected with glasses?

In this course, you will learn which processes are necessary for an image to form in the brain, how we perceive our environment visually and which tests are part of the low vision examination. You will also learn how you can use the examination results to develop targeted support measures and help people with visual impairments to master their everyday lives more independently.
