Electrical stimulation is a helpful tool that has rightly earned its place in neurorehabilitation. In this course, you will learn about the different forms of electrical stimulation and know when to use which one.
In our digital course on electrical stimulation (ES), you will learn practical and scientifically sound approaches to the effective application of this method in therapeutic work. Designed specifically for occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, the course offers a basic knowledge of ES to support muscle activity, motor learning, as well as structural and functional improvements in your patients.

Meet the teacher
Thomas Schick, MSc PT
Thomas is a physical therapist with a Master of Science in Neurorehabilitation. He teaches Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) at several universities and training institutes. Thomas also heads the STIWELL division at MED-EL Innsbruck and is now your teacher at foxstudy.
