ESSENTIAL
Neuro-centered training
How does the brain control movement, pain, and performance—and how can you use this knowledge in training, therapy, or prevention?
In this digital course, you will explore the central neurological principles behind every movement, every perception, and every performance adjustment.
Course content
You will learn how to use neurocentric methods in a targeted manner: in coaching athletes, in rehabilitation after pain, fatigue, or concussion, and in prevention programs at schools or in companies.
The course shows you how the repeated and targeted activation of specific brain structures can reduce the individual danger level of the nervous system—a key to alleviating pain, improving movement, and increasing performance.
Applied neurology takes a holistic view of human beings: the interplay of perception, motor skills, cognition, and emotion. You will learn how these systems influence each other and how you can use them in everyday life, in training, or in therapeutic contexts to initiate lasting change and strengthen self-regulation.
