- On-site Audits & Needs Assessments in Regions with Moderate and Low Resources
Effective professional development begins with an honest assessment of the situation on the ground. On site, we assess the level of development of existing programs, the types of assessments used, the scope of the national training curriculum, the areas of strength, and the extent to which family-centered therapy is firmly established.
In practice:
Conducted on-site in Addis Ababa, as the basis for our Ethiopia program (see below).
- Building Local Capacity for Professional Development
We support organizations in building sustainable local capacity by having experienced therapists train others in culturally appropriate, family-centered care that is integrated into the local health care system. Our established and scalable four-phase model (initial assessment, on-site audit, adaptation, and local implementation) can be adapted to a new region at a significantly lower cost.
In practice:
Collaboration with the Addis Guzo association (“Moving Forward Together”). Strengthening pediatric physical therapy in Ethiopia, with foxstudy as the implementation partner for the educational and digital concept.
- University and Institutional Partnerships
Colleges and educational institutions integrate our courses directly into their own academic and continuing education programs.
In practice:
Collaboration with the University of Basel, the University Children's Hospital Zurich, or the University of Continuing Education Krems. The latter offers foxstudy courses as modules within its Neuroorthopedics and Motor Development degree programs.

We combine the flexibility of digital self-study with the depth of in-person expertise: foxstudy courses lay the foundation, while live sessions with experts allow you to delve deeper into the material and apply what you’ve learned—bringing together the best of both formats in a single program.
