Information about the right of withdrawal for consumers regarding the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium (e.g. e-learning, e-book, software download)
Cancellation policy
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts
- for the delivery of non-prefabricated goods and for goods whose production is significantly determined by an individual choice or specification by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply if
- you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and act in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity when concluding the contract, or
- we provide you with individual goods or services completely free of charge.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (foxstudy GmbH | Hausacherstrasse 27, 8122 Binz, Switzerland, Phone: +41 (0)78 601 7270, E-mail: info@foxstudy.ch) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which is clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have only started with the execution of the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with the start of the execution of the contract on our part. We would like to point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
